The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical sales data to identify opportunities and challenges
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance metrics
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted strategies based on data-driven insights
- Monitor funnels performance weekly for sales team
- Track performance (Target vs achievement) of business team product wise and present to management
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide access of CRM tools to business team and provide solutions if any issue team is facing regarding CRM tools
- Support sales representatives by providing sales data, generating reports, and answering queries
- Maintain strong relationships with the sales team and other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context
- Proficiency in data crunching & analysis (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel skills)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
