Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting professional to manage our company's financial records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho Books, including full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation. Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance is also essential.

  1. Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.
  2. Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  3. Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  4. Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  5. Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  6. Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  7. Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
