Campaign Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through performance marketing campaigns.

Your primary focus will be on generating leads for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel across various platforms, including search, display, YouTube Max, affiliate networks, and social media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Improve lead quality by optimizing conversion rates and managing cost per lead (CPL)
  • Allocate campaign budgets effectively
  • Manage website and mobile app traffic using Google Analytics
  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance customer journey on the website, CRM, dialer, landing pages, and other related systems
  • Participate in website revamp initiatives, focusing on content, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX)
  • Manage customer engagement through campaign management using SMS, email, WhatsApp, and voice calls
  • Oversee the execution, mentoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

You will work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of systems and data analytics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
