Sustainable Food Engineering Specialist

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Food Engineering Specialist to join our team of passionate engineers and innovators.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop novel food equipment from prototyping to large-scale production.
  • Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop material characterization equipment and quality control tools to support product development and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform engineering calculations, CAD designs, simulations, and analysis to ensure the structural integrity and performance of mechanical components.
  • Support scaling up bench-top equipment to production scale.

About You:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in food processing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
