Job Title:

A Junior Network Security Engineer plays a key role in the organization's network infrastructure team, responsible for planning and deploying network infrastructure across various regions. The team focuses on delivering and deploying network/security projects to meet current and future business demands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deployment of Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage network architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Planning and Management of Technology Changes: Develop and execute technology plans to optimize network operations and improve efficiency.
  • Diagrams Creation for Network Operations: Create detailed diagrams to illustrate network topology and operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of network assets and equipment.
  • Create Implementation Plans for RFCs: Develop comprehensive plans for implementing new technologies and protocols.
  • Document Pre and Post Checks for Change Verification Purposes: Conduct thorough checks before and after implementing changes to ensure successful deployment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong networking principles knowledge, excellent documentation skills using MS Office suite and Visio, and exceptional customer-facing skills. Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, CCNA or CCNP certification, and Firewall Migration experience are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cisco ACI Experience: Proficient in designing and implementing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure solutions.
  • Fortinet NSE4 Certification or Above: Hold a Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) certification or higher level.
  • Experience with EVPN: Familiarity with Ethernet VPN technology and its implementation.
  • Checkpoint Certification or Equivalent Experience: Possess Checkpoint firewall expertise or equivalent experience.
  • Load Balancing Experience (F5): Experienced in load balancing using F5 technologies.
