Role:

  • Implement system improvements to boost reliability, scalability and performance of applications.
  • Develop efficient operational processes, automating tasks like deployments, monitoring and incident response.
  • Maintain and develop monitoring tools to track system health, performance and availability.
  • Quickly resolve incidents with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance support for existing systems ensuring they are secure, efficient and reliable.
  • Integrate software applications and platforms for seamless operation across the organization.
  • Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access and threats.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 4 to 6 years of Computer Science experience OR Bachelors degree and 6 to 8 years of Computer Science experience OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Computer Science experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud services on AWS (Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana), DevOps/MLOps practice and CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, pytest)

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark or similar
  • Experience with SAP integration technologies

Professional Certifications:

  • AWS Developer certification preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams
  • High initiative and self-motivation
