Loan Officer


We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Loan Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.


  • To ensure timely repayment and minimize delinquency rates.
  • Identify potential clients and tailor loan products to suit their needs.
  • Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to drive business growth.
  • Assess client base and product acceptability in new regions and opportunities for geographical expansion.
  • Manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency to achieve daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Follow up on disbursed loans and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Undertake regular field visits and centre meetings to promote business growth.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Experience Requirement:

  • Fresher to a maximum of 5 years of experience as a sales officer in the microfinance business.
  • Basic understanding of the microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
