Campaign Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools, and analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.

  • Plan, develop, and execute cross-channel (digital, social, email, and offline) marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy development and creative briefing through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage campaign resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with all internal and external regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
