HR Executive Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead our human resources and administration operations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee management, and office administration duties with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including joining formalities and documentation.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management systems.

The selected candidate will also oversee day-to-day office operations, handle administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities.

  • Handle reception and front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients.
  • Assist with incoming calls, emails, and communication.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably 0-1 year.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
