Senior Leadership Opportunity

The Wealth Manager – Unit Head role is a high-level position that involves leading, mentoring, and managing a team of experienced Wealth Managers across a designated location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Guide and develop a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business targets.
    • Align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.
  • Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
    • Develop targeted strategies for acquiring high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI) clients.
    • Support team members in closing high-value deals and onboarding marquee clients.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
    • Deliver tailored wealth management solutions across asset classes including mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), bonds, insurance, and alternate investments.
    • Maintain strong client relationships through market insights and proactive recommendations.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory norms such as SEBI, AMFI, and internal processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, with at least 3 - 4 years in a leadership role.
  • A minimum accumulated managed assets under custody (AUM) book of ₹75–100 Cr across mutual funds, PMS, and AIF is mandatory.
  • Priority will be given to candidates capable of bringing along a performing team.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large HNI/UHNI portfolios and delivering consistent business growth.
