Motion Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative motion graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in motion graphic design, video editing, and animation.

  1. Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  2. Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
  3. Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and color theory. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will create engaging and visually impactful motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates our brand message across digital platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in motion design, animation, multimedia arts, visual communication, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia design.
  3. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  4. Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
  5. Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment.
  6. Demonstrate multitasking ability in teamwork, leveraging optimal time management for efficient project execution.

Prior experience in production or studio environments will be considered an added advantage.
