Role Summary

We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic design and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and execute impactful visual content across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.

The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.
  • Design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, and proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Multimedia Designer.

  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Multimedia Designer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with 3D animation tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
  • Creative storytelling and script visualization ability.
