Creative Visionary

As a key member of our high-growth performance marketing team, you will lead the development of innovative ad creatives, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns. Your exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills will elevate our brand's message and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for ads, product explainers, social campaigns, and branded content to maximize audience impact.
  • Create captivating motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and captivate viewers.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design, and video production processes.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to analyze video results, iterate on creatives, and optimize for maximum ROI.

Must-haves:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
  • Hands-on expertise with AI creative tools: Gemini, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Recraft, Creatify, DALL·E 3.
  • Experience editing for ads and social media platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality edits, AI-assisted creative work, and successful campaigns.
