Production Planning and Control is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our manufacturing unit.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Effective work order creation and execution for all sub-assemblies and finished goods.
  2. Closely collaborating with Warehouse teams to ensure smooth kitting activities.
  3. Implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for sub-assemblies while maintaining meticulous records.
  4. Tracking and executing Material Obsolescence Aging for optimal resource utilization.
  5. Maintaining First Article Test Point (FATP) Work-In-Progress levels at healthy thresholds.
  6. Ensuring timely fulfillment of customer commitments without any discrepancies.
  7. Monitoring and achieving production rates aligned with predetermined plans.
  8. Facilitating daily meetings with cross-functional teams to identify loss drivers and assign corrective actions.
