Job Summary

This is a senior-level role within the auto loan management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing auto loans through various channels including car dealers, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Auto Loans: Oversee the lifecycle of auto loans from origination to repayment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Channel Management: Empanel new car dealers, DSA, and DST in the market, and maintain relationships to drive sales performance.

  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making strategic recommendations to optimize team productivity.

  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for all channels and team members on product, policy, and market changes, enhancing their knowledge and skills.

  • Business Promotions: Collaborate with channels to develop and execute business promotional activities that align with company goals.

  • Quality Control: Track and evaluate the quality of sourced vehicles and portfolios, ensuring they meet set standards.

  • Credit Team Collaboration: Work closely with the credit team to obtain necessary approvals for business initiatives.

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitor product offerings, policies, and market strategies to inform business decisions.

Requirements
