We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer with expertise in Ayurvedic and Homeopathic medicine to join our team at Medico Hub Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring high-quality medical services at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, medical histories, and develop patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, adhering to health care regulations and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care, participate in ward rounds, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Medical Procedures: Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required, adhering to medical protocols and best practices.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic care.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuous medical education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree.
- Valid medical license and registration.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.
- Indepth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Flexible approach to work schedules and on-call duties.
