Medical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer with a strong background in Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Medicine to join our team at Medico Hub Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring high-quality medical services at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and provide medical care for inpatients and outpatients
- Ensure accurate and timely medical recordkeeping and documentation
- Participate in ward rounds and case discussions
- Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required
- Adhere to medical protocols and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Participate in continuous medical education and professional development
- Provide support and guidance to junior medical staff
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree
- Valid medical license and registration
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in medical recordkeeping and documentation
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Flexible approach to work schedules and on-call duties
- Adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines
