Medico Hub Connect is seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer with expertise in Ayurvedic and Homeopathic medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Clinical Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely medical recordkeeping and documentation, adhering to medical protocols and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Medical Procedures: Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree
- Valid medical license and registration
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in medical recordkeeping and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
- Indepth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Flexible approach to work schedules and on-call duties
