Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive strategic solution selling and consulting within the Customer Experience portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building customer trust and driving adoption of our AI-powered Contact Centre solutions.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of AI, Contact Centre, CCaaS, and CPaaS technologies, as well as a strong track record in strategic solution selling and consulting. You will be responsible for positioning and selling our solutions to business decision-makers, backed by a well-established network of senior executive relationships.

The Customer Engagement Expert will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute high-impact strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue in the rapidly evolving markets of CCaaS, On-Premises Contact Centre, and CPaaS segments.

  • Proven expertise in AI, Contact Centre, CCaaS, and CPaaS technologies
  • Strong track record in strategic solution selling and consulting
  • Ability to position and sell to business decision-makers
