Job Title:

Infrastructure Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Development Manager to oversee all infrastructure-related activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

This role involves managing brownfield and greenfield projects, leading project planning, design, and implementation, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure development, project management, and the perishable goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brownfield and Greenfield Projects:
    • Develop and implement strategies for brownfield and greenfield infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet operational needs and regulatory standards.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, utilizing project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
  • Capital Expenditure and Budgeting:
    • Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets for infrastructure projects, monitoring and reporting on capex spending to ensure projects remain within budget.
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide investment decisions.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage the infrastructure team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement:
    • Develop and implement processes to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce downtime.
    • Ensure all infrastructure-related activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
