Senior Investment Manager - Industrial Parks

This senior investment manager plays a pivotal role in leading the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India. The focus is on industrial parks, driving strategic growth through informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead evaluation and structuring of industrial park investments across India to drive optimal returns.
  • Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Design tax-efficient structures for new acquisitions in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Stay abreast of relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.
Requirements:
  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive complex projects, and achieve results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex problems.
  • Skilled in delivering high-impact presentations and building strong relationships.
  • A dependable team player with strong collaboration and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
