Job Overview

To deliver high-quality data science and quantitative analytical support for key projects, ensuring timely delivery of reports that meet regulatory requirements.

Enable medical safety analysis and monitor the safety profile of products by leveraging data capabilities to enhance safety surveillance, case management, and performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design analytical tools and services to provide actionable insights for stakeholders in areas such as aggregate analysis and reports including PSUR, DSUR, PQR, APR, and audit inspection related outputs.
  • PV analytics, budget forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor management support.
  • Patient-focused protocol design and reported outcome risk-based operational monitoring of country operations.
  • Data anomaly detection, signal detection, tracking business performance against data models, and monitoring trends in key business KPIs.

Develop solutions for various business applications including customer segmentation, targeting, event prediction, propensity modeling, churn modeling, customer lifetime value estimation, forecasting, recommender systems, response modeling, and optimization.

Collaboration and Communication Skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve critical business problems, drive operational efficiencies, and deliver successful strategic initiatives.
  • Interact with domain experts to understand data challenges and design data-driven solutions.

Independently manage small to medium-sized projects, providing understandable business intelligence for key stakeholders, researching new algorithms, methods, statistical models, and business models, and providing insight into structured and unstructured data.

Leadership and Innovation
  • Create new data science capabilities by envisioning and executing strategies to improve business performance through informed decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor external developments to leverage advancements in data science and AI.

Lead predictive and data-driven solution design for safety reporting tools and services, ensuring proactive availability of benefit-risk information for safety analysis, signal detection, and risk management.

Deliver timely high-quality PV, medical safety listing, analysis, and data, ensuring compliance with health authority regulations.

Support regulatory inspections and audits as required, mentoring and coaching data science leads for professional growth.

Act as deputy to senior manager and data science head as needed.
