Legal Associate Role

This is a specialized position within an organization, focusing on legal frameworks to support business growth.   • Drafting Commercial Agreements: Develop enforceable, clear, and risk-mitigated contracts that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Contract Law, Civil Law, Companies Act, and UN treaties to maintain a compliant business environment.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate informed decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Intellectual Property Management: Oversee the management of intellectual property portfolios and contribute to policy development for digital and physical assets.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage contract lifecycle processes using digital platforms and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Law (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably within the space, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Key Skills: Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance frameworks; exposure to Space Law, International Law, and UN Treaties is an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, ability to manage ambiguity, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
