Job Summary: As a legal advisor, you will support the group head of law with various tasks, including drafting and reviewing diverse documents and agreements, legal research and compliance advisory. You will also act as a liaison between team members and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, policies, etc.
- Conduct research on regulations and laws and keep the organization informed of any prospective changes in law and its impact on business operations
- Communicate with external parties and team members to schedule meetings, interviews, and interactions
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing systems
- Assist in developing and implementing the litigation strategy of the organization
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer from a reputable law school and/or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a recognized law firm
- Excellent analytical skills and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
