We are seeking an experienced Technical Leadership Director to lead our AI innovation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups, with 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership. They will also possess expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies, as well as experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or software products, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support company growth and product needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements to drive technological innovation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across departments.
  • Implement systems for tracking technical performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
