The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in product design and a proven track record of leading teams who design and ship AI-powered products or features. They will be responsible for defining and driving the design strategy, establishing and streamlining design operations, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align on product strategy and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will also need to be an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.

Apart from technical skills, you will need to possess excellent relationship management skills, working effectively in a technical environment with cross-functional teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.

As a key member of the product leadership team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure designs meet user needs and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. Requirements:
