Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive business growth and innovation through data-driven decision making.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms to generate actionable insights from large, complex datasets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze complex data sets using Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and manufacturing teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Pharma or healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
