Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Tableau development to support our online sales channels. This individual will work closely with business owners to design and deliver visually engaging dashboards that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices, as well as experience working with various data sources and tools such as Python, Alteryx, and SQL. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead dashboard design sessions and work with cross-functional teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Tableau developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our online sales channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Visualization: Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing dashboards using Tableau that meet the needs of business stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Work with data from multiple sources, including application logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, marts, and warehouses to identify trends and insights
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Tableau and other relevant tools and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and deliverables
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Tableau developer, with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis
  • Advanced level expertise with Tableau, including proficiency in creating complex calculations, data modeling, and dashboard design
  • Experience working with structured data, including SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
