Assist with managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate findings, project progress, and issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Proven experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and documentation.
Solid understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP).
Experience in [industry-specific tools or technologies, e.g., Salesforce, SAP, etc.].
