Fundraising & Partnerships Head

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned fundraising and partnerships professional to lead our Ed-tech initiative in Kozhikode, India.

As Fundraising & Partnerships Head, you will develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's growth goals.
  • Set and achieve annual fundraising targets.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent records of fundraising progress and impact.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Mobilize networks of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities.
  • Oversee development and quality of donor-facing communications.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all fundraising narratives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team.
  • Establish systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, reporting, proposal management, and audit preparedness.

Responsibilities:
