Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

As a key member of the business intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact projects that leverage data insights.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal databases, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies.
  • Develop custom data models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive models to address key business challenges, such as process optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Operationalize models into structured software programs or business processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor model performance, providing continuous improvement and data integrity through ongoing analysis and refinement.
  • Assess and improve the accuracy of data sources and data collection methods, ensuring high-quality inputs for informed decision-making.
  • Implement recommendations derived from data analysis into business operations, measuring impact and effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Completion of Year 2 Statistics coursework is required.
  • Internship experience (min. 2 months) OR recognized certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields.
