Product Manager in SRE Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring automation of infrastructure, network, and application services & development activities. Our teams develop services & tools to support other engineering teams as well as deliver solutions to customers.

  • Design and implementation of the Analytics Platform and Big Data services
  • Creating prototypes of new products to iron out flaws in the final design
  • Automating monitoring of network performance, application performance, and service integrity
  • Operating an Elasticsearch cluster and Prometheus cluster used by our services
  • Understanding complex network and application infrastructure and building tools that help engineers monitor, triage, and troubleshoot issues from the network all the way through the application stack in public and private cloud environments

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing custom data models and algorithms, using data analytics techniques and predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
