The role requires managing end-to-end private markets solutions, supporting portfolio construction and asset allocation across strategies, partnering with internal and external investment teams, and overseeing the investment lifecycle for various investment types.
Key Responsibilities- Co-manage private markets solutions in partnership with internal teams and external managers.
- Support portfolio construction and asset allocation across strategies.
- Partner with internal and external investment teams to select and monitor investments.
- Oversee the investment lifecycle for various investment types, including primaries, secondaries, and co-investments, across private asset classes.
- Support due diligence and manage the underwriting process for new investments.
- Manage liquidity, capital deployment, and risk for private market solutions.
- Monitor and report on portfolio holdings, including manager oversight.
- Represent the team in client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- 10+ years of relevant private markets investing experience.
- Experience managing or supporting multi-manager portfolios in private asset classes.
- Proven record in institutional investment management and multi-asset team collaboration.
- Experience with evergreen or semi-liquid fund structures and liquidity management.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
