We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML algorithms and models using Python and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Work with large datasets to build and deploy scalable AI/ML models on cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to real-world problems.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Python programming and familiarity with modern AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Exposure to Apache Spark and/or Databricks for large-scale data processing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably Azure ML/AI services.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagement model experience.
  • Experience working with LLM/GenAI-driven applications.
