Job Overview

We're seeking an expert in Generative AI to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This includes collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, evaluating and integrating various GenAI platforms, and designing compelling solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative AI/ML solutions for diverse use cases, guided by deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Evaluate open-source LLMs, commercial APIs, and cloud-native GenAI platforms to identify optimal integration strategies.
  • Develop and present engaging Solution and Statement of Work (SOW) demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value and potential of our GenAI offerings.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, closely collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Pilot-test and validate solution feasibility and performance through prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development/solutioning, with at least 1-2 years in Generative AI/NLP applications.
  • Deep command of transformers, LLMs, embeddings, and NLP methods.
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and cloud AI tools.
  • Experience working with vector databases and MLOps practices.

Bonus Skills

  • Certifications in AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Azure AI Engineer.
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI and Agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and model interpretability frameworks.
