Chief AI Researcher

Our team consists of skilled professionals who work together to develop innovative AI-based solutions for various industrial domains, including commercial buildings, pharmaceuticals, cement, chemicals, consumer goods, pulp and paper, materials, automobiles, and energy generation and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI research and development, statistical time-series analytics, and machine learning. They will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and improving AI models as part of our platform solution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing prediction and optimization models from time series data
  • Collaborating with first principles modeling team members to establish integration touchpoints between output of first principles simulations and deep neural network simulations
  • Working with industrial domain experts to build end-to-end models for complex manufacturing process lines and equipment
  • Collaborating with product management leaders to bespoke Bert Labs foundational AI models for different manufacturing plants and buildings

Required qualifications include:

  • BTech/MTech/PhD in CS/ECE/Statistics or relevant fields from premium institutes like IITs/BITS/NITs/IIITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS
  • 6-12 years of proven experience in AI research and development
  • Expertise in computer vision, machine learning, Python, Keras, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and experience with statistical time-series analytics and forecasting
