As an AI Engineer, you will focus on developing generative vision, text, speech, time-series, and multi-modal solutions for segmentation, object detection, large-scale models, and more.

You will play a critical role in advancing AI capabilities by leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with a particular emphasis on Large Language and Vision Models.
  • A strong background in software development and experience working with diverse data sets.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to define best practices and drive strategy for the Generative AI team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and algorithms, and who is committed to delivering solutions that meet high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, plus relevant experience in IT and Artificial Intelligence.

Experience with cloud environments, including Azure, Oracle, and AWS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex, noisy datasets and vague or abstract problem definitions.
