Job Summary:

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

We seek an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in US/IT staffing, with a strong understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates using job portals, referrals, and vendors, updating the database regularly, and recruiting citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process across various IT technologies
  • Sourcing candidates using job portals, referrals, and vendors
  • Updating the database regularly
  • Recruiting citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders
  • Maintaining strict turnaround time and adhering to specific requirements
  • Assessing candidate skills and professional details through telephonic conversations
  • Interview scheduling and reference checks
  • Negotiating compensation to close candidates
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment processes and techniques
  • Coordinating with the team to resolve client/candidate queries

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive work environment
  • Understanding of technical job descriptions and evaluating important keywords
  • Good understanding of IT terms and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of US recruitment cycles, tax terms, and work status
  • Good understanding of the internet and MS office
  • Prior work experience in IT recruitment preferred
  • Self-motivated and team player
