Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall recruitment process across all levels, from interns to vertical heads, and ensuring seamless onboarding and documentation processes. This role requires proven ability and skills in various HR functions, particularly in talent acquisition and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Drive and manage the recruitment process at all levels (interns, lateral hires, and vertical heads) in our US and India offices.
- • Collaborate with vertical heads to identify and close active positions in staff hiring.
- • Conduct pre-screening and sourcing relevant candidature for various roles.
- • Coordinate staff on-boarding, documentation, and reference checks prior to on-boarding.
- • Salary negotiation and other related tasks.
