Job Overview

Avaloq Banking Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Avaloq Banking System to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in the area of Core Banking Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Banking Expertise: Good knowledge of Avaloq Banking System is a must for this role.
  • System Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain Avaloq Banking Suite, with ACP functional and parameterization knowledge/experience.
  • Financial Knowledge: Demonstrate basic financial understanding in FX/MM/Equity/Derivatives and associated front to back operational workflows.
  • Order Management System: Experienced in Wealth Management business / Order Management system / Execution Management System.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: University Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or banking or equivalent working experience.
  • Working Experience: 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Technology space.
  • Domain Experience: 5-7 years of working experience in Core Banking Platform/Wealth Management domain.

Preferred Skills:

  • Avaloq Certification training.
  • Knowledge of market data and financial models.
  • Practical understanding of Interfaces with Bloomberg/FIX protocol.
  • Technical competencies of programming languages like Java, Javascript, PL/SQL, Python, ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, Git.
  • Working knowledge of Assentis (client output management) & Omgeo (txn matching) platform.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies.
