Lead Bank Guarantee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Bank Guarantee processes for corporate clients. This role involves managing the entire process from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and global best practices.

  • Manage the end-to-end Bank Guarantee process for corporate clients, including issuance, negotiation, and settlement.
  • Provide expert guidance on Demand Guarantees and related financial products to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Bank Guarantee transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and global best practices to ensure our processes remain compliant and effective.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-15 years of hands-on experience in Bank Guarantee management, with a focus on Demand Guarantees.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal frameworks associated with Demand Guarantees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
