Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and meticulous Site Coordinator to oversee the installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes at client sites.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless site execution, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the installation team, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units at client locations.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, designers, and the production team to guarantee alignment on requirements.
  • Manage timelines, track work progress, and enforce quality control measures.
  • Conduct site measurements, verify material checks, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Provide daily progress updates and site reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site coordination for interiors/modular kitchens & wardrobes.
  • Thorough understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Will to travel to various project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Auto-Cad and Sketch up.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in modular interiors.
  • Freshers with basic working knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings.
