Senior Interior Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client needs and current trends.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss design ideas, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Develop space plans that optimize layout and enhance user experience.
  • Research and select materials, furnishings, and finishes aligning with the design vision and client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using design software.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to maintain design intent throughout the construction process.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in interior design with focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range of design projects and styles.
