Interior Finishing Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the quality execution of all interior finishing and furnishing works.

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities across all finishing and furnishing trades, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Inspect and approve carpentry, painting, flooring, and furnishing works to guarantee compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Monitor the installation of electrical, IT, automation, safety, and security systems to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular material inspections, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at the site to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
  • Support the project handover process and collaborate with stakeholders to address any snags or concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior office site supervision.
