Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Design and implement compensation policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
