Senior Change Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex change projects in financial and regulatory reporting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact initiatives.

  • Lead implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and insurance companies covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.
  • Develop detailed plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies for system implementation.
  • Explain and lead client conversations on product features and how business requirements are met.
  • Design and develop solutions covering data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.
  • Proactively approach process improvement and query resolution.
  • Understand financial products and their impact on reporting requirements and the financial services business.
  • Focus on total client relationship and servicing a broad range of client needs.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports.
  • Lead and mentor teams, manage project delivery, and drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or financial services.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience in MS Excel and ability to write and speak fluently in English.
  • Understanding of RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI reporting requirements.
