Project Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to oversee and coordinate various IT projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure these projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within allocated resources.

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, costs, and expenditures
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on key actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects align with established frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
  • Managing stakeholder expectations towards the best solution
  • Facilitating meetings and distributing minutes to project team members
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in handling IT security projects

Skills & Qualifications:

- IT project management

- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security

- Proficiency in project management tools
