Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Change Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR is required, along with 5-14 years of relevant experience.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and change management certification (Prosci) are highly desirable.
  • Consulting experience in change management is essential, while supply chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.

The primary responsibility of the Transformation Change Management Specialist will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes.


Others

The Transformation Change Management Specialist will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. Additionally, they may provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
  • Assessing the change impact and conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Supporting communication efforts, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
  • Providing input and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
