Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Manager to oversee our GST filing and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on financial reporting, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
  • Reconcile GSTR 2A/2B with purchase records and collaborate with vendors for discrepancies
  • Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) calculations and utilization
  • Manage and record daily accounting transactions in Tally or other ERP software
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses with proper documentation
  • Coordinate with CA/auditor for tax audits and assessments
  • Generate reports for internal use – P&L, balance sheet, TDS summaries, etc.
  • Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, and professional tax
  • Liaise with vendors, customers, and government authorities regarding tax queries
Requirements & Skills:

We require a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, along with 2–4 years of experience in accounting with a focus on GST filing and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic MS Office tools, possess strong knowledge of Indian GST laws, ITC rules, and deadlines, and exhibit good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or product-based company
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors or tax consultants
