We are hiring a Finance Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in Finance.

Must have experience in Payroll & handle Employee payroll related queries.

What is expected of you?As part of the job, you will be required to: Manage end-to-end payroll processing and resolve payroll-related employee queries.

Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.

Perform general accounting duties including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

Generate financial reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal audits and financial reviews.

Utilize ZOHO applications for day-to-day finance and payroll operations.

Work extensively with Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
